1. Scheduling an Appointment<\/strong>
You can easily schedule your appointment online via our website. During scheduling, you can select the desired date and time for your car detailing treatment.<\/p>\n

2. Cancellation or Rescheduling<\/strong>
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment once, up to 24 hours in advance, without incurring extra costs. Cancellations or changes communicated less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged. This allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and serve other customers optimally.<\/p>\n

3. Treatments and Services<\/strong>
Lotus Cardetailing 4U offers professional car detailing services, including interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, polishing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and PPF. We strive for a glossy, scratch-free finish and optimal protection of your car.<\/p>\n

4. Care and Liability<\/strong>
We treat your vehicle with the utmost care. However, Lotus Cardetailing 4U is not liable for existing damage that was present prior to the treatment or for damage resulting from improper use of products by third parties after the treatment.

5. Payment<\/strong>
Payment takes place at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash payments and digital payments via the available online channels.<\/p>\n

Your personal data will only be used for scheduling appointments and communication about our services. We respect your privacy and treat your data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n
